QUALIFICATION

LL.B. from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks. OR Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 13 years’ experience of which 5 years’ experience preferably in a Sr. Executive position in Industry / Academic Institutions / Professional bodies / Associations of similar nature & with proven leadership qualities or 13 years in Practice or combination of both. (Note: Training experience forming a part of the curriculum of any Degree / Diploma will not be counted towards the total experience)

JOB CONTENTS:

The incumbent shall be responsible for matters which inter-alia include :

  • Drafting and vetting of legal documents in the course of business inter-alia including statutory mandates requiring IT infrastructure, website management
  • Establishment and maintenance of disciplinary mechanism and interface with Disciplinary Committee, Grievance Redressal Committee and Appellate Panel
  • Implementation and revision of Disciplinary Policy
  • Establishment and maintenance of systems and processing for mediation and arbitration
  • Matters under Right to Information Act, 2005
  • Preparation of legal opinions
  • Compliance aspects under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016
  • Such other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
  • Managing and ensuring all compliances of the company including compliances under Companies Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, HR related compliances
  • Co-ordination with Government, Regulators & Insolvency Professionals

DEPUTY DIRECTOR (Legal, Compliance & HR)

Pay Level as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix : Level 11 (67700-208700) (Gross Salary per annum – Rs. 12.46 lakh approx.)

Maximum Age (as on 01.12.2019) 40 years

QUALIFICATION

LL.B. from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks.

OR

Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 9 years’ experience of which 5 years’ experience preferably in a Sr. Executive position in Industry / Academic Institutions / Professional bodies / Associations of similar nature & with proven leadership qualities or 9 years in Practice or combination of both.
