A. Senior Manager

Qualification and Eligibility Criteria for Senior Manager :

BE / B.Tech. in Electronics & Communication Engineering or equivalent qualification from recognized University / Institute accredited by AICTE. - Preferable Post-graduation, and Working in the grade of 29100-54500 (IDA) or 15600 - 39100 + GP- 7600 (CDA),.or, Minimum one year’s service in the grade of 24900-50500 (IDA) or 15600- 39100 + GP - 6600 (CDA)

Experience for NCRTC Senior Manager :

  1. Should have at least 6 years’ experience in modern signaling systems in electronics interlocking AFTC, cab signalling.
  2. At least 4 years experience in metro signaling environment.
  3. Good knowledge of tendering/ contract management.
  4. Good working knowledge of computer systems.

B. Civil Department :

Experience for JGM Civil :

The candidate should have 12 years’ experience in the field of Civil Engineering, out of which 5 years’ experience in construction of elevated viaduct / bridges / tunnel etc.

Experience for JGM Design :

The candidate should have 12 years’ experience in the field of Civil Engineering, out of which minimum 5 years should be in design of bridges / tunnels / elevated viaducts with pre - stressed concrete. He should be well versed with various design softwares.

Qualification and Eligibility Criteria Sr. Supervisor/ Civil :

Two years’ ITI Certificate in Draughtsman (Civil), and, Working with Metro Rail Company or in Central Government / State Government departments or in its instrumentalities.

Experience Sr. Supervisor/ Civil :

Should have minimum 3 years’ experience, pertaining to fixation of alignment and construction of Railways / Metro / Mono / Light Rail corridors etc. Should have good knowledge of Autocad, MX Rail and other relevant software.

C. Protocol Officer

Experience for Protocol Officer :

Should have minimum 10 years working experience in Railway CPSEs / Metro companies, which includes protocol duties, executive assistance to top management, liaison with ministries / departments of State Govt. offices / PSUs, Corporate Communication / Public Relation, interaction with media, website content management, event management and Office / General administration etc.

D. General Manager / Finance on Deputation

Essential -B.Com. and C.A. / I.C.W.A. Preferable- MBA / M.Com. / LLB and - Currently working in E-8 grade of ₹ 51300-73000/- (IDA) or ₹ 37400-67000/- (GP-₹ 10000/-) (CDA) PB-4. or - Minimum 4 years service in the E-7 grade of ₹ 43200 - 66000/- (IDA), or ₹ 37400- 67000/- (GP ₹ 8900/-) (CDA) PB-4.

Experience for GM / Fin :

Overall supervision and management of the finance and accounts functions. Will oversee Finance functions related to Project formulations and approvals, tender and contract management, MIS reports, Budget preparation and monitoring preparation and finalization of accounts, Statutory, Internal and CAG Audit, Statutory compliances and tax related matters. Should have PSU work experience in the infrastructure sector, preferably in rail / metro related work/ area.

Physical & Medical Fitness for NCTRC Recruitment 2017

The applicant should not only be suitable in related field, but also be physically and medically fit enough to work at project sites. In case of selection, he / she will have to undergo a medical examination as per Railway Medical Manual for various posts. (For Sr. Manager, General Manager)

NCTRC Selection Process 2017

Suitable candidates will be shortlisted, based on their eligibility / experience in the relevant field and may be called for interview. The candidates will be offered position in NCRTC on immediate absorption basis with respect to his eligibility vis-à-vis his last position in parent organization and length of service or as per the suitability decided by the selection committee.
