Recruitment for Lower Division Clerk in MOD 2 ASD 2014 :
Application are invited from eligible indian national to fill up following vacancy :
Posts : 01 – Reserved for OBC.
Pay Scale : Pay Band – 1 5200 – 20200 plus Grade Pay 1900/-.
Age Limit : For Lower Division Clerk – 18 to 28 years for OBC Candidates.
Probation Period : The appointment is temporary. The appointee will be on probation for a period of two years.
(i) Intermediate 12th class pass or equivalent from any recognized Board or University.
(ii) English Typing @ 35 w.p.m on computer ( or ) Hindi Typing @ 30 w.p.m on Computer and Certificate of passing typing Tests from Government Institute / Government approved institute should be enclosed.
(iii) Desirable : Basic Knowledge of computers.
Selection Process :
Selection will be subject to Written Test, Skill Test, Interview, Medical Fitness, and Verification of character and Antecedents from appropriate civil authorities.

While sending the MOD 2 ASD 18 FAD LDC Recruitment application, the candidates are are required to superscribe on the top of envelope “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ______The copies of certificates regarding Educational Qualifications, Experience, Disability and Date of Birth must be attach duly attested by Class one Gazetted Officer.
Certificate / Documents which are in Language other than in Hindi or English, should be translated into Hindi or English by Govt approved translator duly attested be endorsed along with the attested copies of originals A self addressed envelope size 12 cms x 27 cms duly affixed with 25.00 postage stamp be sent along with the MOD 2 ASD 18 FAD LDC Recruitment application.
MOD 2 ASD 18 FAD LDC Recruitment Applications duly completed in all respects be sent by Registered Post Only to Cdr 2ASD 18 FAD ) PIN 909182 C / O 56 APO within 21 days ( 30th October, 2014 ) from the date of publication of this advertisement. MOD 2 ASD 18 FAD LDC Recruitment Application after due date will not ( will not ) be entertained / accepted. No MOD 2 ASD 18 FAD LDC Recruitment application will be accepted in person by hand or through any representative.
The lower / upper age limits prescribed for the post i.e. cut off date will be 21 days ( 30th October, 2014 ) from the date of publication of this advertisement i.e. the last date of receipt of MOD 2 ASD 18 FAD LDC Recruitment application by the appointing authority.
Before applying for the post, the candidates should ensure that he fulfills the eligibility and other criteria. Recruitment authorities would be free to reject any MOD 2 ASD 18 FAD LDC Recruitment application not fulfilling the requisite criteria, at any stage of recruitment, and if erroneously appointed, such candidates shall be liable to termination from service.
Date and time and place of test / interview will be mentioned in the Acknowledgement Card. No separate letter except acknowledgment Card will be issued. Department will not ( will not ) be responsible for any postal delay.
No ( NO ) travelling allowance will be admissible for the test / interview. Candidates will make their own boarding / lodging arrangement for, test / interview. Unit will not be responsible to a any damages in case of injury / details of candidates during physical test.
The candidates should be in possession of Acknowledgment Card sent by this unit and all original certificates in support of age, educational qualification, experience, disability and registration certificate from their local Employment Exchange names already registered with them at the time of test interview. Individuals who are not in possession of Acknowledgment card will not be entertained.
MOD 2 ASD 18 FAD LDC Recruitment Application which is incomplete, incorrect, without signature / without photograph, photo with wearing cap & goggles / coloured glasses, not attested by a Gazetted Officed will be rejected on the spot without any reasons / notice.
Candidates living with more than one spouse or married to another spouse while the first spouse is alive are not eligible to apply. Candidates already employed in Central / State Govt Offices / PSU should submit their MOD 2 ASD 18 FAD LDC Recruitment application through proper channel duly submitting service and “No Objection Certificate” from the employer.
One self addressed envelope alongwith Passport size photograph Without wearing cap & goggles / colored glasses should be enclosed with the name and fathers name written on reverse required to be. brought by short listed candidates at the time of reporting for tests. The photograph should be similar to the one in the MOD 2 ASD 18 FAD LDC Recruitment application.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test and interview ( as per standard of minimum qualifications prescribed in recruitment rules ). Candidates will be short listed at each stage of selection procedure. Date & Time of test and interview will be intimated by post separately to the eligible candidates.
Medium of writing in MOD 2 ASD 18 FAD LDC Recruitment application form and test etc will be Hindi or English only. A select panel equal to the number of vacancies notified and basis on the performance of candidates in interview will be drawn up.
All candidates on the select panel will be offered an appointment subject to medical fitness test, Police verification, Education and Caste certificate verification before actual appointments. The reserve panel will be operated strictly as per merit only in case a candidate from the select panel refuses appointment or is disqualified.
The reserve panel will not be operated for any subsequent recruitment i.e. additional vacancies in the same year or next year. The recruitment process can be cancelled / suspended / postponed without assigning any specific reasons. The decision of appointing authority will be final and no ( NO ) appeal will be entertained.
10 DSC PI att to 2 ASD ( 18 FAD ) reserves the right to Withdraw the vacancies and terminate the appointment during the period of probation without assigning any reasons. The appointment is provisional and is subject tor the caste certificate being verified through proper channels within one year from the date of appointment.
If the verification reveals the claim Of the candidates belong to SC / ST / OBC is false, the service of such candidates will be terminated forthwith without assigning any ‘further reasons and without prejudice to such further action as may be taken under the provisions of the Indian Penal Code for production of False Certificate ( For SC / ST / OBC candidates only ).
