* In case of Orthopedic Handicapped candidates, percentage of handicapped in lower extremities is more than equals to 40% in one leg or both legs.

** In case of Hearing Handicapped candidates, those having hearing loss for more than 90 decibels in the better ear ( profound impairment ) or total loss of hearing in both ears.

10th Passed and NCTVT passed in the relevant trade failing which, by ITI or equivalent Diploma / Certificate holder.
