IOCL Recruitment Age limit 2013 :
Maximum 25 ( Twenty Five ) years as on 31st October, 2013 ( Relaxation of 5 ( Five ) years for SC candidates & 3 ( Three ) years for OBC candidates ).
Candidates having experience of more than six months or those who have completed their apprenticeship training are not eligible.
Those candidates who have passed the prescribed qualification before June 2010 are not eligible for apprenticeship training.
Selection Methodology for IOCL Recruitment 2013 : The IOCL selection methodology will comprise written test and personal interview of the shortlisted candidates. The candidates will have to pass through each stage including medical fitness successfully for being adjudged as suitable for selection.
Eligibility Criteria for IOCL Panipat Recruitment 2013 :
Percentage of marks : For Chemical ( Diploma ), Chemical ( AOCP ), Electrical ( Diploma ), Mechanical ( Fitter ) & Steno English Trade : Minimum 50% marks in the concerned discipline from recognized Indian University / Institute as a regular student.
Minimum standard of percentage of marks in qualification may be relaxed to pass marks for SC candidates in Chemical ( Diploma ), Chemical ( AOCP ), Mechanical ( Fitter ) Trades.
For the un-reserved posts, SC / OBC candidates shall be considered Under General standard of merit and no relaxation in age, qualification, etc. shall be extended to them.

Typed IOCL application giving name, father’s name, correspondence address, date of birth, educational qualification, name of the institute / University, percentage of marks, category ( whether General / OBC / SC / ST ), contact number, email id etc. along with recent passport size photograph pasted on the IOCL Recruitment 2013 application.
