HAL Aircraft Division invites the applications from interested and eligible candidates for the following posts :
Recruitment for Executive Cadre in HAL Nashik 2014 :
To cater the requirement of various Air bases, Production at Nashik and Metrology Department at Nashik it is proposed to fill 56 Number of Posts in the following trades / Disciplines :
HAL Nashik Executive Cadre Age Limit 2014 :
Age limit as on 31st July, 2014 is 28 years.
HAL Executive Cadre Pay Scale 2014 :
Ex – Servicemen technicians engaged on contract basis will be paid consolidated emoluments ( Basic + DA ) based on their post qualification experience, the minimum of the induction level would be as follows :
(a). For Post Code XS001 to XS007 Consolidated Pay of 17430 /- p.m. inclusive of Basic Pay + D.A. ( at the minimum of the pay scale in Scale 6 ).
(b). For Post Code XS008 Consolidated Pay of 15550 /- p.m. inclusive of Basic Pay + D.A. ( at the minimum of the pay scale in Scale 4 ).
In addition to the above, leave, medical facilities, conveyance reimbursement, canteen allowance, PF and Gratuity, Group Insurance etc. will be admissible as per rules.
HAL Nashik Executive Cadre Eligibility 2014 :
I. For Post Code XS001 to XS007 : IAF Diploma or Diploma in Engineering ( Fulltime regular ) or its equivalent.
II. For Post Code XS008 : PUC / Inter ( Fulltime regular ) or equivalent with Proficiency certificate in PC Operation ( Minimum 3 Months ).
A. For Post Code XS001 to XS007 Minimum 5 years of working experience on Russian Aircrafts after acquiring the Diploma Qualification. Out of 5 years Experience, Candidates should have at least worked for one year on SU – 30 Aircraft.
B. For Post Code XS008 Minimum 5 years of working experience in MET ( Meteorology ) in IAF / Indian Navy.
HAL Nashik Executive Cadre Application Form 2014 :
a. Candidates wishing to apply for these posts, have to apply strictly in the prescribed HAL Nashik Executive Cadre Recruitment Application Form 2014 format given neatly typed and send by ordinary post to HR Department, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Aircraft Division, Post Box No : 23, HAL Ojhar Township Post Office, Niphad ( Tal ), Nashik – 4222 07. b. Candidates belonging to Schedule Castes / Schedule Tribes / Persons With Disabilities are exempted from paying the application fee.
HAL Nashik Executive Cadre Selection Process 2014 :
HAL Nashik Executive Cadre Recruitment 2014 Applications received will be initially screened and the candidates meeting the advertised criteria will be called for the written test. The written test will be held at Nashik or at the place which will be decided by management. Candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 5 times ( Maximum ) the number of vacancies for the personal interview on the basis of order of merit in the written examination. Final selection will be made on the basis of performance in the written test and interview together. The intimation regarding the written test / interview will be communicated through Email / HAL website / Post.
HAL Nashik General Instructions :
i. Only Indian Nationals need to apply. The above vacancies notified are provisional and may increase or decrease according to the actual requirement of the HAL Aircraft Division, Nasik.
ii. HAL reserve the right to increase / decrease the specification depending upon the response. Mere submission of HAL Nashik Executive Cadre Recruitment Applications 2014 will not entail right for claiming employment.
iii. HAL reserves the right to cancel the advertisement and / or the selection process there under. Applicant serving in Government / Public Sector, Semi – Government Organizations, Autonomous Bodies, should apply through proper channel or produce “NO Objection Certificate″ at the time of written test / Interview.
iv. Appointment of selected candidates is subject to receipt of satisfactory Medical Report from the company’s Doctor as per the revised standards prescribed by HAL ( concerned authority in respect of PWD candidates ).
v. PWD candidates will also be subject to pre – employment medical examination with regard to other medical parameters as per the revised standard and verification of caste, character and antecedents from the concerned Authorities as per the rules of the company and vigilance clearance ( as applicable ).
vi. Decision of HAL Management regarding selection will be final. Further, HAL Management reserves the all right to fill up or otherwise any or all the notified posts and also to fill up the future vacancies if any from the valid panel of selected candidates as per the rules of the company. Candidates who have work experience should produce the experience certificate on the letter head of the company.
vii. Before applying the candidates should satisfy themselves regarding eligibility criteria desired for the post. The candidates should also ensure that the particulars furnished by him / her in the HAL Nashik Executive Cadre Recruitment Applications 2014 are correct in all respect. viii. Age Limit Relaxation :
1. However Ex – Serviceman who has put not less than six months continuous service in the Armed forces of the Union, shall be allowed to deduct the period of such service from his actual age and if the resultant age does not exceed the maximum age limit prescribed for the post or service for which he seeks appointment / employment by more than 3 years, he is deemed to satisfy the condition regarding the age limit.
2. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in respect of SC / ST and 3 years in respect of OBC candidates. Candidates belonging to the OBC category are required to produce recently obtained Non – creamy layer Certificate in proof of their Community ( not older than 6 months ) stating that they do not come under the creamy layer from the competent authority, in the Central Govt. format and candidates belonging to the SC / ST category are also required to produce their community certificate in proof of their community at the time of interview in the prescribed format.
3. In respect of Persons with Disability ( PWDs ), upper age limit is relaxable by 10 years which will be over and above the relaxation admissible for candidates belonging to SC / ST / OBC mentioned above.
4. For candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period of 01st January, 1980 to 31st December, 1989, upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years. Reservation of the posts will be based on the actual scale of Induction as per the rules.
Tenure of Engagement :
The selected candidates will be engaged on contract basis initially for a period of Two years with effect from the date of joining duty. The contract period may be extended, by one / two more years based on organizational requirements at the discretion of the Management, subject to assessment with regard to conduct and performance during the contract period. The posts are purely on contract basis and there is no provision for regularization/ absorption.
Place of Posting :
Selected candidates will be posted at Tezpur, Halwara, Jodhpur HAL Customer bases / Nashik. However, they are liable to be transferred to any place in India where HAL has Divisions / Offices. No request for change of posting will be entertained after joining.
Applicant should be of sound health and should meet the medical standards prescribed by the company. Appointment of selected candidates will be subject to receipt of satisfactory medical report from the company’s Doctor as per the Medical Standards of the company. No relaxation in health standards is allowed. The opinion of the company’s Medical Officer in this regard shall be final. The persons with disability ( PWD ) will be strictly considered in accordance with definition given under the Persons with Disabilities ( Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and full Participation ) Act, 1995.
