Age Limit for BEL Graduate Apprentice Recruitment 2013 :
Candidates should be below 25 years as on 12th December, 2013. Upper age limit is relaxed for 5 years in case of SC, ST & PHP candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.
Qualification for BEL Graduate Apprentices Recruitment 2013 :
For General / OBC Candidates – First Class and for SC / ST & PHP Candidates – Pass Class.
Candidates should have passed Degree examination on or after 1st January, 2012.
Following are the documents to be attached for verification :
a. SSLC Marks Card ( as proof of age ).
b. Original Degree Certificate or Provisional Degree certificate.
c. SC / ST / OBC / PHP certificates ( if applicable ).

Selection will be based on aggregate marks scored in engineering.

BEL Graduate Apprentice General Instructions 2013 :
Candidates who fulfill the above conditions only need to apply.
The duration of Apprenticeship Training is for one year only.
Canteen and Transport at nominal charges.
Stipend is as per the Government norms ( Present rate of stipend is ₹3,560/- per month. Is under revision for increase in rate of stipend ).

BEL Civil Engineer Recruitment 2013
Bharat Electronics Limited, India’s premier Navaratna Defence Electronics Company requires Civil Engineers on contract basis for a period of one year for AXIS ( Advanced X Ray Inspection System ) project being implemented by Project And Consultancy Division of Components SBU, BEL Bangalore unit at the following ports.

4. BEL Civil Engineer Recruitment Pay Scale 2013 : All inclusive consolidated remuneration of 15,000/- per month.
5. BEL Civil Engineer Recruitment Eligibility Criteria 2013 :
a.Second class in BE / BTech in Civil Discipline from a recognized University / institution.
b.0 to 1 year experience is desirable in Civil Structures, Construction Drawings, Pile Foundation, AC and electrical works, CPWD procedures, BIS standards, applicable labour laws and government clearances, QA / QC plans on site work.
6. BEL Civil Engineer Recruitment Description 2013 :
a. Monitoring civil construction – Surveying and leveling.
b. Installation and commissioning of equipments preferably X ray equipments.
c. Safety precautions / corrective actions to be taken.
d. Submission of daily progress at site.
e. Inspection of materials received at site.
f. Usage of materials received at site.
g. Maintenance of all records and registers pertaining to Cement, Steel, Construction Materials, Lab Reports, Labour Deployment etc.
7. Selection Process for BEL Civil Engineer Recruitment 2013 : Selection will be through BEL Recruitment written test ( objectives type questions ) and shortlisted candidates will be called for BEL Civil Engineer interview. Selected candidates have to execute a bond to serve minimum period of one year.
8. General Instruction for BEL Civil Engineer Recruitment 2013 :
Period of Contract is one year from the date of joining, however the same may be extended depending on the progress of the project and performance of the candidate. Candidates who have not completed BE / BTech need not apply. Those who are unable to produce their Degree marks cards and certificates in original on the day of the Civil Engineer Recruitment written test 2013 / Civil Engineer Recruitment interview for whatever reason will not be considered. Local candidates with knowledge of local language will be preferred. Only Indian Nationals need to apply.

2. BEL Havildar Recruitment Selection Process 2013 :
Eligible candidates will be called for a BEL Physical Endurance test and those who clear the same, will be called for a BEL written test 2013, followed by an BEL Havildar interview.
3. BEL Havildar Recruitment Application Forms 2013 :
BEL Recruitment Application form should be submitted in the prescribed format in A4 size paper. BEL Application form 2013 may be downloaded from the website. Candidates belonging to General and OBC category are required to remit an amount of 300/- towards BEL Havildar application fee. ST candidates are exempted from payment of BEL Recruitment application fee.
Candidates are required to download and print the bank challan from the website. The challan ( in triplicate ) is to be filled by the applicant and submitted to the nearest SBI Branch, along with an Bharat Electronics Limited application fee of Rs.300/- plus bank charges of 25/- . On submission of the challan unique transaction number ( Journal Number ) will be generated and the same would be written by the staff at the Bank. The bank portion of the challan will be retained by the staff and the remaining 2 portions will be given to the candidate.
The candidate is to ensure that the ‘Journal Number’ is entered on the challan before leaving the bank. If the Journal number is not mentioned in the challan, the candidate should insist for the same and get it entered before leaving the Cash counter.
The candidate is required to enter the details of the challan and the ‘Journal Number’ in the Havildar Recruitment application form. On completion of the BEL application form the same is to be submitted along with the photocopies of required documents and attach the Company’s copy of the challan and send it by ‘Ordinary Post’, to the following address. The candidate’s copy may be retained by the candidate for future reference. The last date for receipt of BEL applications is 21st September, 2013
