RRC NWR Railway Written examinations for the post of erstwhile Group ‘ D ’ ( GP 1800 ) notified by Emp. Notice No. 02/2010 Dated 16.12.2010 will be held as per the following schedules :

NWR Railway Group D Exam Call letters to the eligible and rejection letters to the non – eligible candidates are being issued by post at their addresses filled in their North Western Railway Group D Exam 2012 application forms to all those candidates who have applied against the above Emp. Notice. Railway Recruitment Cell is not responsible for any postal delay or wrong delivery.

List of the eligible / non – eligible candidates have been placed on NWR Railway website www.nwr.indianrailways.gov.in. Any eligible candidate doesn’t receive North Western Railway Group D Exam call letter by four days before the day of his / her NWR Railway written examination as indicated above or have some discrepancy in his / her NWR Railway Group D Written Exam call letter, he / she may approach to RRC office, Jaipur in person on the days for issuing the duplicate call letters, shown in above table against his / her first alphabet of name, to obtain duplicate / corrected North Western Railway Group D Exam call letter 2012. To obtain the duplicated NWR Railway Group D Exam call letter candidate has to bring two passport size photos, educational certificate and caste certificate ( SC / ST / OBC ) duly attested by gazetted officer.

A Proforma has been sent alongwith North Western Railway Group D Exam 2012 call letter to visually handicapped and to those handicapped whose writing speed is affected by cerebral palsy to have the facility of Scribe. Such candidates may fill up the Proforma alongwith necessary documents and obtain the permission of Scribe in person from RRC four days before their day of NWR Railway Group D examination 2012. Similar procedure is to be followed by those visually handicapped who are eligible for Scribe but have not received NWR Railway Group D Exam call letter alongwith the above Proforma.

Recruitment process in the RRC exams is fully computerized and transparent, the selection is based purely on the merit of the candidates. Candidates beware of the elements who may misguide with false promises of getting them selected for the job, on illegal consideration. If candidates come across any such person, inform SDGM & Chief Vigilance Officer, NWR, Jaipur and Police Authorities under intimation to this office.
