RRB Kolkata Recruitment 2011 written examination for various technician categories of is scheduled to be held on 30.01.2011 (Sunday) as per programme given below :

RRB Kolkata call letters indicating time and venue of examination for the written examination to the eligible candidates for the above mentioned categories have been sent to the respective individual addresses given in the RRB Kolkata Recruitment 2011 Application Form.

The rejection advice are also being sent to the ineligible candidates. Railway Recruitment Board / Kolkata will not be responsible for any postal delay or wrong delivery Duplicate / Corrected call letters will be issued to provisionally eligible applicants who may not receive his / her call letter in time or for rectifying any discrepancy in respect of name, category no., post, community, mismatch of photograph etc. in the call letters already dispatched, from the office of Railway Recruitment Board / Kolkata in the above mentioned address between 11.00 hours to 17.00 hours as per given schedule.

Candidates should bring along with them adequate proof of having submitted application i.e. copy of DD / IPO (if applicable) and two clear copies of passport size photographs, age proof certificate, caste certificate (if SC / ST / OBC); ex-service man discharge certificate (if applicable) etc.

It should be noted that duplicate / corrected call letters will be issued only to those candidates whose names exist in Master List of eligible candidates.
