Centralized Employment Notice No.04 / 2012 Schedule of RRB Chennai Written Examination to be on 16th December, 2012.

The RRB Chennai Written Examination for the under mentioned posts will be held at Chennai, Tiruchirappali & Salem simultaneously as per programme given below :

RRB Chennai Exam Call letters indicating time and venue of RRB Chennai examination centre for the written examination to the eligible candidates for the above mentioned categories have been sent to the addresses given in the RRB Chennai Exam Application Forms 2012. Rejection advices are also being sent to ineligible candidates. Railway Recruitment Board, Chennai will not be responsible for any postal delay or wrong delivery.

Those eligible candidates who do not get RRB Chennai Exam call letters or who have been issued call letters with wrong names, community.

RRB Chennai Exam Centre, category number, photograph and free travel authority ( SC / ST ) may contact personally the office of the Railway Recruitment Board, Chennai at the above address as per schedule given above from 10.00 to 17.00 hrs for getting correct / duplicate call letters.

No Duplicate Call letters will be issued on the date of RRB Chennai Written Examination 2012. Candidates should bring along with them adequate proof of having submitted RRB Chennai Vacancy application i.e., copy of DD / IPO and two passport size photographs, age proof and caste certificate.

Status of the RRB Chennai Recruitment 2012 application along with Name & address of the RRB written examination Center and Roll number can be seen on the website of Railway Recruitment Board, Chennai ( www.rrbchennai.net ).

It should be noted that duplicate RRB Chennai Exam call letters will be issued only to those candidates whose names exist in Master list of eligible candidates.
