The company invites applications from the regular officers working in Central and State Govt, departments, Subordinate, Attached Offices and Autonomous bodies under Central Govt, (being audited by C&AG), Central PSUs, Joint Ventures or any other form of organization between Central Govt, and State Govt, on deputation basis for the post of Manager/Assistact Manager/Jr. Manager(Vigilance) with the following eligibility criteria: A. Qualification & Experience
The officer should have experience in relevant field/ Department with sound integrity. Experience in Vigilance and Computer efficiency is desirable. CDA Pay Scales
(4) For Manager:
Group B officers of Central/State Govt, with at least 4 years of service in Group B (Gazetted) in relevant discipline.
For Asstt. Manager
Group B officers Central/State Govt, in the relevant discipline. For Jr. Manager Central/State Government employees working in analogous grade (level-8) in relevant discipline or holding substantive posts in level-7 (level 8 in Accounts). IDA Pay Scales
(5) For Manager:
PSU employees working in analogous grade (E4) (IDA) in relevant discipline OR working in Rs. 60000-180000 (IDA) (E3) with four years' service in that grade. For Asstt. Manager PSU employees working in analogous grade (E3) (IDA) in relevant discipline OR working in Rs. 50000-160000 (IDA) (E2) with four years'service in that grade. For Jr. Manager PSU employees working in analogous grade (E2) (IDA) in relevant discipline OR working in Rs. 40000-140000 (IDA) (E1) with four years' service in that grade.
