The candidates belonging to General and OBC categories; will be required to pay 50/- ( Non refundable ) as ITBP Constable GD Recruitment application fee in form of Central Recruitment ” Fee Stamp ( CRFS ) / IPO or Bank Draft. Bank Draft should be prepared in favor of the following address Payable at SBL R.K. Puram, New Delhi ( Bank Code – 1076 ). No fee will be charged from SC / ST & Female candidates. The candidates opting for CRFS should affix the CRFS at specified space in ITB Police Exam application form and get them cancelled as well.

The eligible and willing candidates should report at any of the designated ITBP Constable GD recruitment centre on 07.05.2012 to 11.05.2012 with duly filled ITBP Job application form and admit Card. Original documents in r / o Educational Qualification, Sports achievements, Bate of Birth, SC / ST shall be required by the Candidates. Candidates are also required to submit attested copies of these certificates along with Indo Tibetan Border Police Force Constable GD Vacancy application forms.

The ITBP Constable GD Recruitment Centre :

A candidate appearing for the test should mention / intimate if any criminal ease(s) is / are pending / lodged against him in any police station / Hon’ble Court.

Enclosures required to be attached with ITBP Exam application :

Attested copies of following be attached with the Indo Tibetan Border Police Force Constable GD Recruitment application form 2012 :

i) Education Certificate.

ii) Date of Birth certificate ( Matriculation or 10th or certificate issued by National Open School / National Institute of Open School as proof of date of birth ).

iii) ITBP Constable GD Application fee in form of CRFS / IPO / Bank Draft of 50/- ( for General and OBC male Candidates only ).

iv) Attested copy of Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe / OBC Certificate ( as prescribed in Annexure – 121 & IV ) if belonging to any of these categories. Caste Certificate in case of SC / ST / OBC must be issued by Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar.

v) Two latest passport size photographs. One pasted on ITBP Vacancy application form and one on admit card duly attested.

vi) NOC from employer, in case the applicant is a Govt, servant.

vii) Attested Copy of Domicile certificate issued by local revenue authorities not below the rank of Tehsildar for verification of citizenship.

viii) Two self addressed envelopes of 4″X9″ size with 51/- postage stamps affixed on each envelope.

ix) Envelope containing Indo Tibetan Border Police Force Job Application must be subscribed in bold letter ” Application for the post of Constable / GD in ITBP against Sports Quota “.

x) Sports Certificate of the discipline for which the candidate is applying.

Selection Process for Indo Tibetan Border Police Force Constable GD Recruitment 2012 :

Candidates will have to undergo the following tests :

a) Verification of Testimonials : The eligible candidate is required to report to any of the designated centers with application ( duly filled ) & testimonials. Their ITBP Exam applications will be deposited and testimonials in respect of Educational qualification, Sports achievements, Date of Birth, Caste / Tribe certificate etc shall be verified Original – documents will be returned on the spot after verification and attested photocopies of certificates will be retained with the ITB Police Vacancy application. After verification of documents the candidates will be required to appear in further stages of ITBP Constable GD recruitment process, for which they shall be called later. These stages are elaborated as under.

b) Physical Standard Test : Measurement of Height, Chest and Weight shall be done at this stage. Cases wherever relaxation in height, chest and Weight are required shall be permitted to appear further in test. However their final selection shall be subject to approval of condonation by Ministry of Home Affairs.

b) Testing of Sports Performance : Trial tests in respect of game for which a candidate has applied shall be taken to evaluate him for the parameters of qualitative requirements of each discipline. Merit shall be drawn on basis of performance in trial test.

c) Medical examination : Candidates short listed in order of merit in each category ( drawn discipline / event wise separately ) will be put through Detailed Medical Examination to assess their fitness.

Appeal in case of rejection in detailed medical examination :

i. A candidate declared unfit in detailed medical examination, if not satisfied with the findings of the Medical Officer, can submit an appeal for his re – medical examination with a duly filled Medical certificate as per Form No, 6 as a proof of evidence about the error of judgment on the part of Indo Tibetan Border Police Force Recruitment Medical Officer.

ii. The medical certificate will not be taken into consideration unless it contains a note by the medical practitioner concerned to the effect that it has been given in full knowledge of the fact that the candidate has already been rejected as unfit for appointment in ITBP by a Medical Officer.

iii The appeal will also not be taken into consideration unless it contains Medical Re – Examination Fee of 25/- in form of Indian Postal Order or Demand Draft in the name of Commandant, Base Hospital, ITB Police, New Delhi and Rejection Slip ( in original ) issued by the Presiding Officer.

iv. The appeal complete in all respect should be submitted within 15 days from the date of ITBP Advertisement Published in the Employment Newspaper ( Dated on 7th – 13th April 2012 ) i.e. Rejection Slip, ( ITBP will not be responsible for any postal delay ) to the following address. The appeals received after the prescribed 15 days, without relevant documents will not be entertained.

v. The decision of the re – medical board of ITBP shall be final and no 2nd appeal will be entertained as per Govt. instructions and also no reply of the correspondence / 2nd appeal will be given / entertained.

Note :

Candidates those who do not qualify in any of the stage will be eliminated from the ITBP selection process then and there only.

General Instructions for ITBP Constable GD Jobs 2012 :

i) Incomplete ITBP Vacancy application will be summarily rejected. No Indo Tibetan Border Police Force Constable GD Recruitment application will be entertained after last date of receipt.

ii) The candidates should come prepared for 3 – 4 days stay at their own arrangements to participate in height bar, FST test The candidates, who qualify this stage, will have to come again for one / two days at the given date, time and venue for appearing in the trial test

iii) Candidates will have to appear for selection test at their own expenses and risk. The department will not be responsible for any accident or injury sustained during the selection test / ITBP Constable GD recruitment process 2012.

iv) No TA / DA will be admissible.

v) Mobile phone, calculating devices, cameras etc are strictly prohibited inside the test centers.

The Director General, ITBPF reserves the right to make changes or cancel or postpone the Indo Tibetan Border Police Force Constable GD recruitment without assigning any reasons.
