ESIC Patna Recruitment Application are invited from eligible candidates for filling up the post of Multitasking Staff ( MTS ) in the Offices of ESI Corporation, Bihar Region. The category wise ESI Corporation Bihar vacancies are as under :

1. Details of ESI Corporation Patna Vacancies 2012 :

Horizontal Reservation, For Ex – Serviceman and persons with desirability ( PWD ), is available as per Govt. of India instruction on the subject. These ESI Corporation Bihar Vacancies are Provisional and may increase or decrease.

Note :

• Candidates belonging to reserved categories are free to apply against ESIC Patna vacancies earmarked for Unreserved / General category.
• As the reservation for Ex – Serviceman and persons with disabilities, candidates are on horizontal basis, the selected candidates will be placed in the appropriate category to which the candidate belongs. The number of ESI Corporation vacancies can vary at the time of final selection. The Corporation reserves the right to fill up Employee State Insurance Corporation 2012 vacancies as per its actual requirement.

In addition to pay, they will also be eligible for DA, HRA and Transport Allowance as per rules in force from time to time, applicable to the employees of ESI Corporation Bihar.

Age Limit for ESIC Patna Multitasking Staff Recruitment 2012 :

Between 18 to 25 years of age as on last date of submission of ESIC Patna Online application, Upper age limit is also relaxable to OBC / PWD / Ex – Serviceman and other categories of persons as per rules / instructions of Govt. Of India.

Relaxation in Age is Admissible to Certain Categories as Under, if Vacancy for Particular Category :

Essential Qualifications for ESIC Multitasking Staff Jobs 2012 :

Matriculation ( HLSC ) or equivalent passed.

Mode of Payment : Fees of above mentioned amount is required to be paid through Demand Draft in favour of ESI Corporation, R.O Patna and Payable at Patna.

ESIC Bihar Online Application Form 2012 :

The Candidates should submit system generated hard copy of Employee State Insurance Corporation online Application duly signed by the candidate with two attested photographs by a Group “ A ” or Group “ B ” Gazetted Officer, pasted on it along with the Demand Draft / Bankers Cheque, attested copies of Certificates and testimonials in support of proof of age, date of birth, educational qualification etc, and copy of certificate in support of belonging to OBC / PWD / Ex – Serviceman category where ever applicable.

(a) Only the community / status certificate in the prescribed form in the case of candidates belonging to OBC / PWD / Ex – Servicemen category issued by the competent authority will be accepted . OBC category candidates claiming reservation / age reservation should submit the community certificate in the format as given in the Annexure ’A’ to the Govt. of India, DOPT, Office memorandum no. 36033 / 3 / 2004 – Estt.( SCT ) dt. 8.9.1993 and modified vide DOPTs office memorandum no. 36033 / 3 / 2004 – Estt.(Res.) dt. 9.3.2004 and 14.10.2008, failing which the benefit of reservation or age relaxation will not be given to them. OBC candidates falling under creamy layer should apply general category.

(b) Candidates should take special care not to staple the Demand Draft. They should use pins for the same .The candidates must write his / her address & amp; unique Registration number on the back of the Demand Draft / Banker Cheque.

(c) Send the ESIC Patna application form superscribed as “ESI Corporation Bihar Application for the post of Multitasking Staff” along with the Registration Number by Regd. / Speed Post to reach the same by 20.02.2012 to the following address :

(d) Those candidates who are employed in Govt. / Semi Govt. / Autonomous bodies etc. should send their ESIC Bihar application ( printout ) through Proper Channel. However, they may send an advance copy of their ESI Corporation application along with the Demand Draft.

(e) ESI Corporation Patna Recruitment Online Registration Starts : 14.01.2012.

(f) Last Date of Submission of ESIC Bihar Online Application : 04.02.2012 ( upto 11.59 PM ).

(g) Last Date for Submission of Hard Copy / Printout of ESI Corporation Bihar Application Online : 20.02.2012 ( upto 6.00 PM ).

Candidates can submit their ESI Bihar online application ( 04.02.2012 upto 23.59 hrs ) and the link of making ESI Corporation online application will not be available after 23.59 hrs on 04.02.2012. Last date of submission of hard copies of system generated Employee State Insurance Corporation Patna online application is 20.02.2012 ( upto 06.00 PM ).

For candidates from Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Ladakh division of Jammu & Kashmir State, Lahaut & spiti district and Panaji sub division of Chambal District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands or Lakshadeep, the last date of receipt of hard copies of system generated ESIC Bihar applications is 29.02.2012.

The system generated hard copy of ESI Corporation Patna Online Application duly signed by the candidate along with the Employee State Insurance Corporation examination fee ( where ever applicable ) received within the stipulated time shall only be considered as a valid ESIC Bihar application for the post advertised.
