1. ESIC Bangalore Vacancies are provisional and may increase or decrease, depending on the actual requirement and appointments will be made strictly on need basis.

2. Educational & other Qualifications and Age Limit prescribed for the various posts ( Must have acquired requisite qualification as on closing date of receipt of ESIC Paramedical Staff Recruitment 2013 application ) :

16	Dental Hygienist	Not exceeding 32 years ( Relaxable up to 37 years for Govt. Servants and employees of the ESIC ).	Essential : (A) Degree in Science ( Biology ) from a recognized University or equivalent (B) Diploma in Dental Hygienst from a Central Govt / State Government / AICTE recognized University or equivalent (C) Registered with Dental Council as Dental Hygienist and ( D ) Two years experience as Dental Hygienist. Important Note :

1. Although the vacancies notified are for ESIC Hospitals and Medical colleges in Karnataka, only those who are willing to accept the postings any where Specified and are willing to be transferred in any where in India on promotional posts, as per policy of ESIC, need apply.

2. Relaxation of Upper Age Limit for Paramedical Staff Recruitment in ESIC 2013 :

ESIC Paramedical Staff Recruitment Application Fee & Mode of Payment :

Posts in the Grade Pay ( ranging from )	ESIC Vacancy Application Fee including postal charges for General and OBC candidates
Grade Pay up to 2000/-	125/-
Grade pay above 2000/- upto 4600/-	125/-

5. Candidates belonging to SC / ST / PH / Ex – Servicemen category & Women candidates are exempted from payment of the above said fee. Departmental candidates are also exempted from payment subject to enclosing certificate of service.
