(ii) Two years experience in Canteen Management in a Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organisation.

0801 Asstt Halwai-cum Cook Secondary School Certificate (10th Standard Pass under 10+2 System). Two years experience in cooking in a Government/SemiGovernment/Autonomous Organisation.

Vehicle Operator 'A' 10th Standard Pass. (i) Possession of a valid driving license for two or three wheelers and light and heavy vehicles, and (ii) Knowledge of motor mechanism (The candidate should be able to remove minor defects in vehicle). (iii) Experience of driving a motor car for at least three years

Fire Engine Driver 'A' Pass in 10th Standard from a recognised Board.

(i) Possession of a valid driving license for two or three wheelers and light and heavy vehicles, and

(ii) Knowledge of Traffic regulations

Terms & Condition for selection of Apprentices:

  1. Candidates must have registered their names at www.mhrdnats.gov.in. Non-registered candidates are likely to be rejected.
  2. The fresh pass out candidates (passing their B.E/B.Tech / Diploma degree in 2017, 2018, 2019) only can apply. Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination earlier than 2017 are not eligible.
  3. Candidates with post graduate qualification are not eligible to apply.
  4. Those candidates who have completed the qualifying examination as regular candidates are only eligible to apply.

B.Tech / Diploma degree holders who had training or job experience for a period of one year or more after attaining the essential qualifications shall NOT be eligible for being engaged as an apprentice under the act.

  1. The period of training will be 12 months commencing from execution of the Contract of Apprenticeship.
  2. Selected candidates have to submit the “Medical Fitness Certificate” at the time of joining.
  3. Verification of credentials shall be done prior to conduct of Personal Interview only and in case of any deviation from or non-conformity with the desired qualification, candidature of the candidate shall be summarily rejected.
  4. No TA / DA will be paid to the applicants called for any stage of the selection process.
  5. The Selected candidates must execute a Contract for a period of 12 months of training as per provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961 and rules framed there under.
  6. Before applying, the candidate should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility criteria and other norms mentioned in the advertisement.
  7. It shall not be obligatory on the part of the Integrated Test Range, Chandipur, where training is imparted, to offer any employment to any apprentice after completion of period of his/her apprenticeship training.
  8. Suppression of facts will lead to disqualification at any stage of the selection process.
  9. ITR reserves the right to increase / decrease the number of seats for apprenticeship training.
  10. Any canvassing or personal follow up with an intention of inducing the process of selection of apprentice by and on behalf of any candidate shall lead to immediate cancellation of candidature.
  11. ITR reserves the right to withdraw / cancel the advertisement / selection process if circumstances so warrant without assigning any reason thereof.
  12. In case of any dispute, the legal jurisdiction shall be that of the Hon’ble High Court of Odisha, Cuttack.

  10. Candidates are not allowed to bring Mobile/Pen Drive /Laptops/Electronics Device/Camera at the time of Interview.
  11. There may a screening test on 04 Jan 2020 to short list candidates for interview depending on number of candidates appearing. Also, interview may continue on the next day and the candidates are requested to plan accordingly.
  12. Candidate working in Govt/Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies should bring original ‘NOC’ from their respective department at the time of Interview.
  13. Incomplete/ partially filled applications would not be accepted. Also, the candidature is liable to be rejected if any mismatch is noticed (before/after interview) in details regarding qualification, branch, percentage of marks on non-fulfillment of any of the above criteria.
  14. ITR Chandipur reserves the right to amend/ modify/ cancel this advertisement and also to cancel the admission/ selection at any time without assigning any reason thereof.
  15. The Fellowship is initially for a period of two years and extendable as per rules,
  16. It may please be noted that offer of Fellowship does not confer on candidates any right of absorption in DRDO.
  17. Police verification/Medical Test/ Antecedents of selected candidate will be carried out/verified as per Govt, rules.
  18. No TA/DA will be paid for attending interview.
