Candidates have to register online through Bank’s website www.puduvaibharathiargramabank.in only between 22-02-2011 and 15-03-2011. No other means of PBGB Bank applications shall be entertained.
Procedure for Payment of Application Fee / Postal Charges :
The PBGB Bank Application Fee / postal charges should be paid between 22-02-2011 and 15-03-2011.

The application fee / postal charges can be paid by
1] Directly crediting the amount in any Puduvai Bharathiar Grama Bank Branch Or
2] Paying the amount through NEFT in any other Bank.
The procedure for payment of fee is mentioned below :
1] Directly crediting the amount in the account at any of the Branches of Puduvai Bharathiar Grama Bank :
- Take print-out of the Payment Challan from website [Format is given at end of the advertisement]
- Fill the particulars viz, Name, Puduvai Bharathiar Grama Bank Branch Name, City, Amount, Post Applied for in legible handwriting in BLOCK LETTERS
- Submit the Fee Payment Challan & amount in any Puduvai Bharathiar Grama Bank Branch
- Collect the candidate’s copy of Fee Payment Challan from the Branch. Please check that challan is properly signed & the details of Journal number, Branch Name, Branch code number, Deposit Date are noted in the challan by the Branch Authorities.
- Log onto the PBGB Bank website for applying online.
2] Paying the amount of fee through NEFT in any other Bank (If the candidate opts for payment through other Bank) :
Fill the NEFT voucher / challan of that Bank with Beneficiary details as follows :

Make Payment, Collect NEFT payment receipt from the Bank where you have made the payment. Please check that receipt is properly signed and the details of NEFT UTR NO., IFSC code of the sending Bank branch, city name, Deposit date, Amount etc. are noted in the challan by the Branch authorities.
- Log on to bank website for applying online.
Even if the last date of PBGB Bank Registration changes due to technical reasons, the valid dates for payment of application fee / postal charges will not be changed. Payment of fee by Demand Draft / Cheque / Money Orders / Postal Orders etc will not be accepted.
Candidates should have a valid personal e-mail id. In case, candidate is not having valid e-mail id, he / she should create a new e-mail id. This e-mail id should be valid for the duration of the project.
Candidates are first required to go to the PBGB Bank website www.puduvaibharathiargramabank.in and Take a Print of the ‘Fees Payment Challan’. Fill in the Fee Payment Challan in a clear and legible handwriting in Block Letters.
Go to any of the Bank’s Branch with the Fee payment Challan and pay, in Cash, the appropriate Application Fee in the designated Account as given in the fee payment challan. Or Candidates should have remitted the requisite fee in any other Bank through NEFT and should have details of payment made.
Please note that without valid payment details, PBGB Bank online registration of application will be summarily rejected.
Candidates are required to visit the Bank’s website www.puduvaibharathiargramabank.in and apply for the post.

After filling in all the required particulars, candidates shall submit the PBGB Bank application online.
There is provision to modify the submitted PBGB Bank online application. Candidates are requested to make use of this facility to correct the details in Puduvai Bharathiar Grama Bank online application, if any. This Modification facility shall be available after 2 days of registration & up to the last date for PBGB Bank Recruitment online registration. Modification will be allowed only 3 times. After the last date, no modification will be permitted.
Candidates should take utmost care to furnish the correct details while filling in PBGB Bank online application.
After applying online, the candidate should take a print out of the system generated PBGB Bank online application form and retain it along with Registration Number & Password safely for future reference. They should not send this print out to the Bank. The print out of the online application will have invariably to be submitted at the time of PBGB Bank Interview.
Candidates are advised in their own interest to apply online much before the closing date and not to wait till the last date for depositing the fees to avoid the possibility of disconnection / inability / failure to log on the Bank’s website on account of heavy load on internet / website jam.

Please note that the above procedure is the only valid procedure for applying. No other mode of application or incomplete steps would be accepted and such applications would be rejected.
Last Date for Receipt of PBGB Bank Application Form 2011 :
PBGB Bank Recruitment Applications should be submitted online on or after 22-02-2011 but on or before 15-03-2011.
PBGB Bank Call Letters for the Written Examination 2011 :
Puduvai Bharathiar Grama Bank Call letter for written examination will be sent to the eligible candidates at the address for correspondence given in their PBGB Bank application form by ordinary post and requests for sending letters to a different address subsequently will not be accepted.
All eligible candidates will be issued call letters at the correspondence address given by the candidates in their PBGB Bank Recruitment 2011 application form, which will be sent by ordinary post. Eligible candidates who do not receive the call letter by
(i) 02-05-2011 for Post Code-01 “Officer Scale-I” and
(ii) 09-05-2011 for Post Code-02 “Office Assistant” should contact the Head Office of the Bank with details of his / her name, name, address, date of birth, details of payment like Journal/UTR No. and Examination Centre opted alongwith a photograph for obtaining duplicate call letters.
Duplicate call letters will be issued between 10.00 A.M to 5.00 P.M. as per the following schedule :

Post Code-02 : Office Assistant from 10-05-2011 to 14-05-2011
