Online Application Form for Prathama Bank Recruitment 2013 :

Application Fee for Officer ( Scale I & II ) Recruitment in Prathama Bank 2013 :

(i) 20/- for SC / ST / PWD candidates.

(ii) 100/- for all others.

Application Fee for Office Assistant ( Multipurpose ) Vacancies in Prathama Bank 2013 :

(i) 20/- for SC / ST / PWD / EXSM candidates.

(ii) 100/- for all others.

The Prathama Bank application fee for SC / ST / Ex – Servicemen / PWD is towards postage / intimation charges only and for others the fee includes postal charges of 20/-.

Note :

Requisite Prathama Bank Recruitment 2013 Application Fee may be paid as under :

1. The candidates belonging to the operational area of Prathama Bank i.e. Districts of Moradabad, Rampur, Amroha and Sambhal of Uttar Pradesh may remit fee in “ Prathama Bank Recruitment Project ” Account No. 89007503416 at Prathama Bank, Ram Ganga Vihar Moradabad through CBS at any branch of Prathama Bank.

2. The candidates belonging to any part of India other than the operational area of Prathama Bank as specified above may remit fee in “ Prathama Bank Recruitment Project ” Account No. 89007503416 at Prathama Bank, Ram Ganga Vihar Moradabad ( IFSC Code- PRTH0011169 ) through NEFT at any Bank branch in India having NEFT facility.

3. The payment towards Prathama Bank Recruitment 2013 application fee can be made between 27.12.2012 and 07.01.2013.

4. The candidates should retain proof in original of having remitted the requisite fee which has to be produced at the time to Prathama Bank interview 2013.

5. Prathama Bank Application once made will not be allowed to be withdrawn and fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances nor can it be held in reserve for any other future Prathama Bank selection process 2013.

The competent authority for issue of certificate to SC / ST / OBC / PWD candidates is as under :

(a) For SC / ST / OBC :

District Magistrate / Additional Dist Magistrate / Collector / Deputy Commissioner / Additional Deputy Commissioner / Deputy Collector / First Class Stipendary Magistrate / Sub Division Magistrate / Taluka Magistrate / Executive Magistrate / Extra Assistant Commissioner / Chief Presidency Magistrate / Additional Chief Presidency Magistrate / Presidency Magistrate / Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tahsildar / Sub Divisional Officer of the area where the candidate and / or his / her family normally resides.

(b) For Persons with Disabilities :

Authorized Certifying Authority will be Medical Board at the District level. The Medical Board consists of Chief Medical Officer, Sub Divisional Medical Officer in the District and a member who is a specialist in Orthopedics, ENT or Ophthalmology, as the case may be.

How to Apply for Prathama Bank Recruitment 2013 :

(i) Candidates are required to apply online through Prathama Bank’s website www.prathamabank.org between 27.12.2012 and 07.01.2013. No other means / mode of Prathama Bank Recruitment 2013 application will be accepted.

(ii) Candidates should ensure that their personal email ID ( as specified in the Prathama Bank Vacancy online application form while applying for RRBs Common Written Examination CWE conducted in September 2012 ) is kept active during the currency of a recruitment project. Prathama Bank may send call letters for Interview etc. to the registered email ID.

(iii) Applicants are first required to go to the Prathama Bank’s website www.prathamabank.org and click on the link “ Recruitment / Careers ”.

(iv) Thereafter, open the Prathama Bank Recruitment Notification 2013.

(a) The candidates belonging to the operational area of Prathama Bank i.e. the Districts Moradabad, Rampur, Amroha and Sambhal of Uttar Pradesh should go to the nearest branch of Prathama Bank and remit the requisite fee in “ Prathama Bank Recruitment Project ” Account No. 89007503416 at Prathama Bank, Ram Ganga Vihar branch Moradabad through CBS.

(b) The candidates belonging to any part of India other than the operational area of Prathama Bank as specified above may remit fee in “ Prathama Bank Recruitment Project ” Account No. 89007503416 at Prathama Bank, Ram Ganga Vihar branch, Moradabad ( IFSC Code – PRTH0011169 ) through NEFT at any Bank branch in India having NEFT facility.

(c) The candidates are advised to retain proof in original ( i.e. counter foil of deposit receipt in case of the candidates belonging to operational area of the Prathama Bank and acknowledgement for NEFT credit along with UTR number in case of the candidates belonging to any part of India outside Prathama Bank’s operational area ) of having paid the requisite fee.

(d) The details of fee to be paid is indicated below :

Prathama Bank Officer ( Scale I & II ) Recruitment Application Fee 2013 :

(i) 20/- for SC / ST / PWD candidates.

(v) Obtain the Applicant’s Copy / UTR no. of the Prathama Bank Recruitment 2013 Application Fee paid by NEFT duly authenticated by the Bank with (a) Branch Name & code No, (b) UTR no. (c) Date of Deposit & amount filled by the Branch Official.

(vi) Candidates are now ready to Apply Online by re – visiting the Recruitment Link on the Prathama Bank’s website www.prathamabank.org. All the fields in the Prathama Bank Recruitment 2013 online Application format should be filled up carefully.

(vii) Carefully fill in the details such as fee payment details from the CBS / NEFT receipt in the Prathama Bank Recruitment 2013 Online Application Form, scores obtained in stipulated CWE etc. at the appropriate places.

(viii) Original fee payment CBS / NEFT receipt will have to be submitted with the Call Letter at the time of Prathama Bank Interview 2013. Without original CBS / NEFT receipt the candidate will not be allowed to appear in the Prathama Bank Interview 2013. Candidates are also advised to keep a photocopy of the fee payment receipt with them.

(ix) The name of the candidate or his / her father / husband etc. should be spelt correctly in the Prathama Bank Recruitment 2013 application as it appears in the certificates / mark sheets. Any change / alteration found may disqualify the candidature.

(x) Candidates should not submit a printout of the Prathama Bank Application / Fee payment receipt to the Prathama Bank at this stage.
