keep the necessary details / documents for Online Payment of the requisite IBPS Specialist Officers Application 2015 fee / intimation charges ready. have a valid personal Email ID, which should be kept active till the completion of this round of Common IBPS Specialist Officers Recruitment 2015 Process. IBPS may send call letters for the Examination etc. through the registered Email ID. Under no circumstances, a candidate should share with / mention Email ID to / of any other person. In case a candidate does not have a valid personal Email ID, he / she should create his / her new Email ID before applying on – line and must maintain that Email account.
Application Fees :
IBPS Specialist Officers Application 2015 Fees / Intimation Charges Payable from 23th November, 2015 to 10Th December, 2015 ( only Online payment ) shall be as follows :

Procedure for applying online : Candidates are first required to go to the IBPS’s website www.ibps.in and click on the Home Page to open the link “CWE Specialist Officers” and then click on the option “Click Here to Apply Online For CWE – Specialist Officers ( CWE – SPL – V )” to open the On – Line IBPS Specialist Officers Application 2015 Form.
Candidates will have click on “Click Here for New Registration” to register their IBPS Specialist Officers Application 2015 by entering their basic information in the online IBPS Specialist Officers Application 2015 form. Use of special characters while filling the form will not be allowed. After that a provisional registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Provisional registration number and password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent.
They can reopen the saved data using Provisional registration number and password and edit the particulars, if needed.
Candidates are required to upload their photograph and signature as per the specifications given in the Guidelines for Scanning and Upload of Photograph and Signature ( Annexure ).
Candidates are advised to carefully fill in the online IBPS Specialist Officers Application 2015 themselves as no change in any of the data filled in the online IBPS Specialist Officers Application 2015 will be possible / entertained. Prior to submission of the online IBPS Specialist Officers Application 2015 candidates are advised to use the “Save and Next” facility to verify the details in the online IBPS Specialist Officers Application 2015 form and modify the same if required. No change is permitted after clicking on FINAL SUBMIT Button. Visually Impaired candidates are responsible for carefully verifying / getting the details filled in, in the online IBPS Specialist Officers Application 2015 form properly verified and ensuring that the same are correct prior to submission as no change is possible after submission.
Mode of Payment :

After Final Submit, an additional page of the IBPS Specialist Officers Application 2015 form is displayed wherein candidates may follow the instructions and fill in the requisite details.
If the online transaction has not been successfully completed then candidates are advised to login again with their provisional registration number and password and pay the IBPS Specialist Officers Application 2015 Fees / Intimation Charges online.
On successful completion of the transaction, an e – receipt will be generated.
Candidates are required to take a printout of the e – receipt and online IBPS Specialist Officers Application 2015 form. Please note that if the same cannot be generated online transaction may not have been successful.

After completing the procedure of applying on – line including payment of fees, the candidate should take a printout of the system generated on – line IBPS Specialist Officers Application 2015 form, ensure the particulars filled in are accurate and retain it along with Registration Number and Password for future reference. They should not send this printout to the IBPS / Banks.

IBPS does not assume any responsibility for the candidates not being able to submit their IBPS Specialist Officers Applications 2015 within the last date on account of the aforesaid reasons or for any other reason beyond the control of the IBPS.
Please note that the above procedure is the only valid procedure for applying. No other mode of IBPS Specialist Officers Application 2015 or incomplete steps would be accepted and such IBPS Specialist Officers Applications 2015 would be rejected.
Any information submitted by an applicant in his / her IBPS Specialist Officers Application 2015 shall be binding on the candidate personally and he / she shall be liable for prosecution / civil consequences in case the information / details furnished by him / her is found to be false at a later stage.
Call Letter :
The Centre, venue address, post applied for, date and time for examination and interview shall be intimated in the respective Call Letter.
An eligible candidate should download his / her call letter from the IBPS’s website www.ibps.in by entering his / her details i.e. Registration Number and Password / Date of Birth. No hard copy of the call letter / Information Handout etc. will be sent by post / courier.
Intimations will be sent by email and / sms to the email ID and mobile number registered in the online IBPS Specialist Officers Application 2015 form for CWE SPL – V. IBPS / Participating Organisations will not take responsibility for late receipt / non – receipt of any communication Emailed / sent via sms to the candidate due to change in the mobile number, Email address, technical fault or otherwise beyond the control of IBPS / Participating Organisations. Candidates are hence advised to regularly keep in touch with the authorised IBPS website www.ibps.in for details, updates and any information which may be posted for further guidance as well as to check their registered Email account from time to time during the IBPS Specialist Officers Recruitment 2015 process. Any request for change of centre, venue, date and time for examination and interview shall not be entertained.
General Instructions :
Candidates will have to invariably produce and submit the requisite documents such as valid call letter, a photocopy of photo – identity proof bearing the same name as it appears on the online submitted IBPS Specialist Officers Application 2015 form etc. at the time of examination and interview respectively.
Before applying for the mentioned specialist posts, the candidate should ensure that he / she fulfils the eligibility and other norms mentioned in this advertisement. Candidates are therefore to carefully read this advertisement and follow all the instructions given for submitting online IBPS Specialist Officers Application 2015.
A Candidate’s admission to the examination / shortlisting for interview and / subsequent process is strictly provisional. The mere fact that the call letters / provisional allotment has been issued to the candidate does not imply that his / her candidature has been finally cleared by IBPS / Participating Organisation.
IBPS / Participating Organisations would be free to reject any IBPS Specialist Officers Application 2015, at any stage of the process, cancel the candidature of the candidate in case it is detected at any stage that a candidate does not fulfill the eligibility norms and / or that he / she has furnished any incorrect / false information / certificate / documents or has suppressed any material facts. If any of these shortcomings is / are detected after appointment in a Participating Organisation, his / her services are liable to be summarily terminated.
Decision of IBPS / Participating Organisations in all matters relating to CWE SPL – V will be final and binding on the candidate. No correspondence or personal enquiries shall be entertained by the IBPS in this behalf.
A candidate can apply for only one post and not more than one IBPS Specialist Officers Application 2015 should be submitted by any candidate. In case of multiple IBPS Specialist Officers Applications 2015 only the latest valid ( completed ) IBPS Specialist Officers Application 2015 will be retained and the IBPS Specialist Officers Application 2015 fee / intimation charges paid for the other multiple registrations will stand forfeited.
The scribe arranged by the candidate should not be a candidate for the examination ( CWE – SPL – V ). If violation of the above is detected at any stage of the process, candidature for CWE of both the candidate and the scribe will be cancelled.
Multiple attendance / appearances in examination and / interview will be summarily rejected / candidature cancelled. Online IBPS Specialist Officers Applications 2015 once registered will not be allowed to be withdrawn and / or the IBPS Specialist Officers Application 2015 fee / intimation charges once paid will not be refunded nor be held in reserve for any other examination.
Any resulting dispute arising out of this advertisement including the IBPS Specialist Officers Recruitment 2015 process shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the Courts situated at Mumbai.
Any canvassing or creating influence for undue advantage shall lead to disqualification from the process.
Any request for change of address, details mentioned in the online IBPS Specialist Officers Application 2015 form will not be entertained.
In case any dispute arises on account of interpretation of clauses in any version of this advertisement other than English, the English version available on IBPS website shall prevail.
A candidate should ensure that the signatures appended by him / her in all the places viz. in his / her call letter, attendance sheet etc. and in all correspondence with the IBPS / Participating Organisations in future should be identical and there should be no variation of any kind.
A recent, recognizable photograph ( 4.5cm x 3.5cm ) should be uploaded by the candidate in the online IBPS Specialist Officers Application 2015 form and the candidate should ensure that copies of the same are retained for use at various stages of the process. Candidates are also advised not to change their appearance till the process is completed. Failure to produce the same photograph at various stages of the process or doubt about identity at any stage could lead to disqualification.
The possibility of occurrence of some problem in the administration of the examination cannot be ruled out completely which may impact test delivery and / or result from being generated. In that event, every effort will be made to rectify such problem, which may include movement of candidates, delay in test. Conduct of a reexam is at the absolute discretion of IBPS. Candidates will not have any claim for a re – test. Candidates not willing to move or not willing to participate in the delayed process of test delivery shall be summarily rejected from the process.
Candidates will have to appear for the interview at their own expense. However, eligible outstation SC / ST / Persons with Disabilities category candidates called for interview will be paid II class to & fro railway / bus fare or actual expenses incurred, whichever is less, by shortest route on production of proof of travel ( rail / bus ticket etc. ). The above concession will not be admissible to SC / ST / Persons with Disabilities category candidates who are already in service in Central / State Government, Corporations, Public Undertakings / Local Government, Institutions and Panchayats etc.
Nodal Banks / Participating Organisations / IBPS shall not be responsible for any IBPS Specialist Officers Application 2015 made / wrong information provided by an unauthorized person / institution. Candidates are advised not to share / mention their IBPS Specialist Officers Application 2015 details with / to anyone.
Appointment of provisionally allotted candidates is subject to his / her being declared medically fit, as per any other requirements of the Participating Organisationand subject to service and conduct rules of the Participating Organisation. Decision of Participating Organisations to which candidates are provisionally allotted will be final and binding on candidates. IBPS has no role to play here. Any queries in this regard are to be made to the Participating Organisations only.
IBPS reserves the right to change ( cancel / modify / add ) any of the criteria, method of selection and provisional allotment etc.
Intimations will be sent by Email and / sms only to the Email ID and mobile number registered in the online IBPS Specialist Officers Application 2015 form for CRP – SPL – V.
IBPS shall not be responsible if the information / intimations do not reach candidates in case of change in the mobile number, Email address, technical fault or otherwise, beyond the control of IBPS. Candidates are advised to keep a close watch on the authorised IBPS website www.ibps.in for latest updates.
Order of preference for Participating Organisations has been inbuilt in the online IBPS Specialist Officers Application 2015 form. Candidates should necessarily indicate their order of preferences at this stage. No request for change in this connection shall be entertained.
The Competent Authority for the issue of the certificate to SC / ST / OBC / Persons With Diaabilities is as under ( as notified by GOI from time to time ) :
For Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes / Other Backward Classes : (i) District Magistrate / Additional District Magistrate / Collector / Deputy Commissioner / Additional Deputy Commissioner / Deputy Collector / First Class Stipendiary Magistrate / Sub – Divisional Magistrate / Taluka Magistrate / Executive Magistrate / Extra Assistant Commissioner (ii) Chief Presidency Magistrate / Additional Chief Presidency Magistrate / Presidency Magistrate (iii) Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tahsildar (iv) Sub – divisional officer of the Area where the candidate and or his family normally resides.
For Persons with Disabilities: Authorised certifying authority will be the Medical Board at the District level consisting of Chief Medical Officer, Sub – Divisional Medical Officer in the District and an Orthopaedic / Ophthalmic / ENT Surgeon.
Prescribed Formats of SC, ST, OBC, PWD certificatesas applicable to be submitted at the time of interview can be downloaded from IBPS website www.ibps.in. Candidates belonging to these categories are required to produce the certificates strictly in these formats only.
Definition of Persons With Disabilities : Under Section 33 of the Persons with Disabilities ( Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation ) Act 1995 only such persons would be eligible for reservation who suffer from not less than 40% of relevant disability and are certified by a Medical Board constituted by the Central / State Govt.
Accordingly, candidates with the following disabilities are eligible to apply ( as per GOI guidelines dated 29th July, 2013 ). Candidates claiming such ben6efits should produce certificate in original ( by the Competent Authority issued on or before the last date of online submission of IBPS Specialist Officers Application 2015 in the prescribed format available at the end of this advertisement ) in support of their claim at the time of Interview / at any stage of the process if allotted to any of the Participating Organisations. Persons With Disabilities will have to work in Branches / Offices as identified by the respective Participating organisation.
Visually Impaired ( VI ) : Blindness refers to condition where a person suffers from any of the following conditions namely (i) Total absence of sight, (ii) Visual acuity not exceeding 6 / 60 or 20 / 200 ( snellen ) in the better eye with correcting lenses. (iii) Limitation of the field of vision subtending in angle of 20 degrees or worse.
Low vision means a person with impairment of visual functioning even after treatment or standard refractive correction but who uses or is potentially capable of using vision for the planning of execution of a task with appropriate assistive device.
Deaf & Hearing Impaired ( HI ) : The deaf are those persons in whom the sense of hearing is non – functional for ordinary purposes of life i.e. total loss of hearing in both ears. They do not hear; understand sounds at all even with amplified speech. Hearing impairment means loss of sixty decibels or more in the better ear in the conversational range of frequencies.
Orthopaedically Challenged ( OC ) : Those Orthopaedically Challenged candidates who have locomotor disability or cerebral palsy with locomotor impairment of minimum of 40% and only those who fall in the following categories are eligible to apply:
BL – Both legs affected but not arms OA – One arm affected ( R or L ) :
- Impaired reach;
- weakness of grip;
OL – One leg affected ( R and or L )
MW – Muscular weakness and limited physical endurance.
Guidelines for Persons With Disabilities using a Scribe :
The visually impaired candidates and candidates whose writing speed is affected by cerebral palsy can use their own scribe at their cost during the online examination. In all such cases where a scribe is used, the following rules will apply :
The candidate will have to arrange his / her own scribe at his / her own cost. The scribe should be from an academic stream different from that stipulated for the post. Both the candidate as well as scribe will have to give a suitable undertaking confirming that the scribe fulfils all the stipulated eligibility criteria for a scribe mentioned above.
Further in case it later transpires that he / she did not fulfil any laid down eligibility criteria or suppressed material facts the candidature of the applicant will stand cancelled, irrespective of the result of the CWE. Those candidates who use a scribe shall be eligible for compensatory time of 20 minutes or otherwise advised for every hour of the examination.
The same scribe cannot be used by more than one candidate. In addition the scribe arranged by the candidate should not be a candidate for the examination ( CWE SPL – V ). If violation of the above is detected at any stage of the process, candidature for CWE of both the candidate and the scribe will be cancelled.
Candidates eligible for and who wish to use the services of a scribe in the examination should invariably carefully indicate the same in the online IBPS Specialist Officers Application 2015 form. Any subsequent request may not be favourably entertained.
Only candidates registered for compensatory time will be allowed such concessions since compensatory time given to candidates shall be system based, it shall not be possible for the test conducting agency to allow such time if he / she is not registered for the same. Candidates not registered for compensatory time shall not be allowed such concessions.
Guidelines for candidates with locomotor disability and cerebral palsy Compensatory time of twenty minutes per hour or otherwise advised shall be permitted for the candidates with locomotor disability and cerebral palsy where dominant ( writing ) extremity is affected to the extent of slowing the performance of function ( minimum of 40% impairment ).
Guidelines for Visually Impaired candidates. Visually Impaired candidates ( who suffer from not less than 40% of disability ) may opt to view the contents of the test in magnified font and all such candidates will be eligible for compensatory time of 20 minutes or otherwise advised for every hour of examination.
These guidelines are subject to change in terms of GOI guidelines / clarifications, if any, from time to time.
Provisional Allotment :
On completion of the interview process, depending on the vacancies to be filled in during the financial year 2016 – 17 based on the business needs of the Participating Organisations and as reported to IBPS, candidates shortlisted will be provisionally allotted to one of the Participating Organisations, based on merit – cum – preference keeping in view the spirit of Govt.
Guidelines on reservation policy, various guidelines issued by Govt. of India / Others from time to time, administrative exigency, etc. No change in the data already registered by the candidate in the online IBPS Specialist Officers Application 2015 form is possible.
A candidate belonging to reserved category, selected on the basis of norms without any relaxation as applicable to General Category, will be treated at par with a General category candidate for drawing up the merit list. Such candidates of reserved category listed on merit under unreserved category will be given provisional allotment first treating them notionally as reserved category candidates as per their preference of participating organisations.
Please note that such a candidate will not be adjusted against a reserved post. However his / her provisional allotment to an Organisation shall be done by treating him / her as if he / she is a reserved category candidate.
In the event of two or more candidates having obtained the same score, merit order is decided as per date of birth ( the candidate senior in age is placed before / above the candidate junior in age ), as per the prevailing practice
The provisional allotment is subject to the candidate fulfilling the criteria for Participating Organisation and identity verification to the satisfaction of the allotted organisation. This does not constitute an offer of employment. In case it is detected at any stage of the IBPS Specialist Officers Recruitment 2015 process that, the candidate does not satisfy the eligibility criteria his / her candidature / chance in the process shall stand forfeited.
A candidate who is provisionally allotted will forfeit his / her candidature / chance for the process if he / she does not avail the offer of appointment from the Participating Organisation.
Issuance of offer of appointment including terms and conditions, formalities for verification, joining etc. is solely the decision of the Participating Organisations and shall be final and binding. IBPS shall have no role therein. Any queries in this regard shall be directed to the participating organisations only. A reserve list to the extent of approximately 10 percent of the vacancies under each category may be kept, subject to the availability of candidates.
This does not guarantee provisional allotment to / IBPS Specialist Officers Recruitment 2015 by the Participating Organisations / other financial organisations. In the event of Participating Organisations / other financial organisations providing further vacancies during April 2016 – March 2017, provisional allotment will be carried out for the candidates in the reserve list.
However if no vacancy is furnished by the Participating Organisations / other financial organisations owing to exigencies or otherwise during the validity period the candidates under the reserve list will not be considered for provisional allotment. The reserve list will expire automatically on 31st March, 2017 without any notice. Candidates who are not provisionally allotted or not in the reserve list will not be considered for any further process under CWE SPL – V for vacancies for 2016 – 17.
The decision of IBPS in provisional allotment of Organisations shall be final and binding upon the selected candidates. However IBPS reserves the right to cancel, re – allot Organisation – wise allocation / change the process depending upon exigencies or otherwise.
This is an All India cadre and provisionally allotted candidates ( subject to fulfilling all required criteria ) may be posted anywhere in India / outside India as per discretion of the participating organisation.
Identity Verification :
In the examination hall as well as at the time of interview, the call letter along with a photocopy of the candidate’s photo identity ( bearing the same name as it appears on the call letter ) such as PAN Card / Passport / Driving Licence / Voter’s Card / Bank Passbook with photograph / Photo identity proof issued by a Gazzetted Officer / People’s Representative along with a photograph / Identity Card issued by a recognised college / university / Aadhar card with a photograph / Employee ID should be submitted to the invigilator for verification.
The candidate’s identity will be verified with respect to his / her details on the call letter, in the Attendance List and requisite documents submitted. If identity of the candidate is in doubt the candidate may not be allowed to appear for the Examination / interview. Ration Card and E – Aadhar card will not be accepted as valid id proof for this project.
In case of candidates who have changed their name, will be allowed only if they produce original Gazette notification / their original marriage certificate / affidavit in original.
Note : Candidates have to produce, in original, the same photo identity proof bearing the name as it appears on the online IBPS Specialist Officers Application 2015 form / call letter and submit photocopy of the photo identity proof along with Examination call letter as well as the Interview Call Letter while attending the examination / interview respectively, without which they will not be allowed to take up the examination / interview. To avoid any dispute, name recorded at the time of registration should be similar and identical to authorized identity proof.
Use of Mobile Phones, pagers, calculator or any such devices : Mobile phones, pagers or any other communication devices are not allowed inside the premises where the examination is being conducted. Any infringement of these instructions shall entail cancellation of candidature and disciplinary action including ban from future examinations.
Candidates are advised in their own interest not to bring any of the banned items including mobile phones / pagers to the venue of the examination, as arrangement for safekeeping cannot be assured.
Candidates are not permitted to use or have in possession calculators in examination premises.
Action Against Candidates Found Guilty of Misconduct / Use of Unfair Means.
Candidates are advised in their own interest that they should not furnish any particulars that are false, tampered with or fabricated and should not suppress any material information while submitting online IBPS Specialist Officers Application 2015.
At the time of examination, interview or in a subsequent selection procedure, if a candidate is ( or has been ) found guilty of :
- using unfair means or impersonating or
- procuring impersonation by any person or
- misbehaving in the examination / interview hall or
- disclosing, publishing, reproducing, transmitting, storing
- or facilitating transmission and storage of contents of the tests
- or any information therein in whole or part thereof in any form
- or by any means, verbal or written, electronically or mechanically for any purpose or
- resorting to any irregular or improper means in connection with his / her candidature or
- obtaining support for his / her candidature by unfair means, or
Carrying mobile phones or similar electronic devices of communication in the examination / interview hall, such a candidate may, in addition to rendering himself / herself liable to criminal prosecution, be liable :
to be disqualified from the examination for which he / she is a candidate (b) to be debarred either permanently or for a specified period from any examination conducted by IBPS (c) for termination of service, if he / she has already joined the Bank.
Important Note : IBPS would be analysing the responses ( answers ) of individual candidates with other candidates to detect patterns of similarity of right and wrong answers. If in the analytical procedure adopted by IBPS in this regard, it is inferred / concluded that the responses have been shared and scores obtained are not genuine / valid, IBPS reserves right to cancel the candidature of the concerned candidates and the result of such candidates ( disqualified ) will be withheld.

Disclaimer : Instances for providing incorrect information and / or process violation by a candidate detected at any stage of the selection, process will lead to disqualification of the candidate from the selection process and he / she will not be allowed to appear in any of the common IBPS Specialist Officers Recruitment 2015 process in the future. If such instances go undetected during the current selection process but are detected subsequently, such disqualification will take place with retrospective affect. Clarifications / decisions given / to be given by the Director, IBPS, regarding process for IBPS Specialist Officers Recruitment 2015 of Specialist Officers in Participating Organisations ( CWE SPL – V ) shall be final and binding.
Examination Center ( Tentative List ) :
The examination may be held at the following centres and the address of the venue will be advised in the call letters. IBPS, however, reserves the right to cancel any of the Examination Centres and / or add some other Centres, at its discretion, depending upon the response, administrative feasibility, etc. IBPS also reserves the right to allot the candidate to any centre other than the one he / she has opted for.
